Zünd Systemtechnik conducts numerous marketing activities worldwide across a wide range of channels. The challenge: maintaining an overview of all activities, leveraging synergies, and managing processes efficiently.

To systematically exploit this potential in the future, Zünd planned to implement HubSpot as a central platform. For this, Zünd sought an experienced partner who not only possessed the necessary technical expertise but also provided strategic guidance and long-term support for the optimal use and further development of the system.

The close collaboration with Zünd's marketing team began with a clear objective, an overarching strategy, and a customized concept for implementing HubSpot . Based on this, we configured the entire marketing automation platform according to their requirements. Building on this, we then launched an initial pilot campaign, managed via HubSpot, to test key functionalities in practical use.

The experiences gathered were continuously evaluated and compiled into regular reports. From this, measures were derived to ensure operational and strategic development and to increase system usage.

Successful pilot and continuation of HubSpot

During the pilot campaign, various HubSpot features were tested, and numerous A/B tests were conducted across multiple communication channels and with a wide range of ad formats. After careful evaluation of the results and an assessment of the future potential of marketing automation, Zünd deemed the pilot a success. Therefore, the use of HubSpot will now be continued and expanded.

  • Rollout of the pilot campaign to other target markets.
  • Expansion of use to local marketing departments of global branches.
